We have always used non-financial incentive schemes in additional to traditional commission in our business. Last year I sent away 4 members of our sales team who had significantly over-achieved their target on a 3-day course with Tony Wallington to ride the skeleton bobsleigh. Reaching for next year's target the moment our customers got back!
I am writing to thank you once again for an excellent trip to Lillehammer. We are all still talking about our experiences even 2 weeks later.

The incentive trip for my sales team worked perfectly when we put it in place last September. There was such a ‘buzz’ from those of us who made the trip in 2004, everyone worked so hard to achieve their targets for this trip and I was pleased to see us double the numbers to eight this year.

The Hotel was an excellent venue providing a suitable place for presentations, right through to excellent food and most comfortable rooms.

The skeleton bob was again the real hi-light of the trip and we have a number of incredible photos up on the office walls. There are also pictures of the skidoo safari on our intranet and it has certainly made some of the other staff extremely envious.

The skiing was also fantastic and I hadn’t appreciated that there was such varied and extensive skiing in Norway. You also managed to co-ordinate perfect weather and powder !
