In recent years Central Telecom has staged Focus Groups at locations
including Rome, Monza and Sardinia. However, our recent trip to
Lillehammer captured the imagination of the company's customers,
prospects and business partners alike. The three day Lillehammer Focus
Group provided delegates with an exhilarating mix of business and social
activities - against one of the most stunning landscapes in the world!

The company's principal objective from our event was to manage and
retain existing customers by advising them of new technologies, product
developments and services. On a secondary level, bringing customers and
prospects together in an informal atmosphere enabled potential clients
to learn about Central Telecom in a more intimate environment from
existing customers and bring them together in a shared experience.

The event at Lillehammer was the highlight of our Focus Groups to date.
The experience and support from Tony Wallington was an instrumental part
of the success of this event.
